- Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor sales performance across territories and optimize channel efficiency.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, wellness stores, and institutional clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business reports.
- Monitor profitability, sales trends, and product performance.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Work closely with the marketing team on product launches, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Provide market feedback for new product development and portfolio expansion.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
