About the Role
We are hiring an Academic Learning Coach who will work closely with a small group of students (approx. 8–10).
This is not a lecture-based teaching job.
Your role is to:
- Guide students in managing their work
- Help them understand concepts deeply
- Support them in resolving doubts
- Introduce structured study planning
- Use AI tools responsibly
- Ensure academic discipline and consistency
You will work within SEZ’s structured system and dashboard to monitor, guide, and improve student performance.
Key Responsibilities
Student Work Management
- Help students plan daily and weekly study schedules
- Organize tasks based on priority and deadlines
- Track completion of assigned work
- Ensure students follow structured routines
Doubt Support & Resource Guidance
- Assist students in resolving academic doubts
- Guide them to appropriate learning resources (videos, notes, exercises)
- Ensure doubts are fully resolved, not temporarily understood
- Encourage self-solving before providing direct answers
AI-Assisted Learning Guidance
- Introduce students to AI tools (AI Studio, notebooks, LLM-based tools)
- Teach students how to use AI for understanding, not copying
- Help students frame good questions/prompts
- Monitor responsible use of AI tools
Academic Monitoring
- Observe patterns in performance and behavior
- Identify weak areas early
- Adjust study approach when needed
- Maintain clean and accurate dashboard updates
Mentorship & Discipline
- Build student confidence and accountability
- Encourage independent thinking
- Develop study discipline without fear-based pressure
- Help students gradually become self-managed learners

Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge (Maths / Science / English preferred)
- Clear explanation ability

- Comfort with digital tools and dashboards
- Responsible and consistent work ethic
Good to Have
- Experience in tutoring or mentoring
- Interest in AI tools and educational technology
- Ability to guide students in independent learning
- Comfort in managing small student groups
