We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to work closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Customer Success teams to build, enhance, and scale our Ambient Scribe and Voice AI solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating customer needs into product requirements, improving AI-driven workflows, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative healthcare technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact product features and enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, business requirements, and market insights to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Define and document product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Support the development and optimization of Ambient Scribe and Voice AI products to improve user experience and clinical efficiency.
- Work with AI/ML teams on prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI performance optimization initiatives.
- Design, test, and refine prompts for note generation, summarization, coding assistance, and workflow automation.
- Monitor AI-generated outputs, identify inaccuracies or hallucinations, and recommend improvements to enhance quality and clinical relevance.
- Assist in product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, sprint execution, and release management within Agile environments.
- Track product performance metrics, user adoption, and customer engagement to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Coordinate product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), feature launches, and product documentation activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to support product strategy and decision-making.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to understand user pain points and translate them into actionable product solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Technology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software product development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, or AI-powered applications.
- Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with AI, Voice AI, Healthcare Technology, SaaS, or digital products.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, Python, or data analytics tools.
- Understanding of clinical documentation workflows, speech recognition technologies, or healthcare AI solutions is an advantage.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
