JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Collaborate with team members to track project progress.
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of project plans.
- Support project communication and documentation.
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of project status reports.
- Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Contribute to maintaining project management documentation and data.
- Assist in driving team accountability and commitment to project goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Internship Experience of 3 months.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail in project documentation and coordination.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of JIRA.
