Daily School Accompaniment & Support
▸ Report to the child's school at Lower Parel by 7:45 AM.
▸ Sit with the child in the classroom, providing quiet and unobtrusive support as needed.
▸ Help the child follow classroom instructions, transitions between activities, and daily school schedule.
▸ Assist with organizing books, stationery, tiffin, and school bag — building self-reliance habits.
▸ Ensure the child is attentive during lessons without being disruptive to other students.
Behaviour & Energy Management
▸ Channel the child's high energy positively, especially during free periods, recess, and transitions.
▸ Use age-appropriate engagement techniques to keep him focused and calm during structured learning time.
▸ Set gentle, consistent boundaries and redirect behavior without harsh discipline.
▸ Be physically active and alert, be prepared to keep up with an energetic 8-year-old throughout the day.
▸ Use positive reinforcement (praise, encouragement, simple rewards) as a primary behavior tool.
Social Integration
▸ Encourage the child to interact, play, and build friendships with classmates.
▸ Facilitate group activities and peer bonding at recess and during collaborative classroom tasks.
▸ Monitor for any signs of anxiety, discomfort, or social difficulty and address them promptly.
▸ Gradually reduce intervention as the child becomes more comfortable socially.
Academic Assistance
▸ Help the child follow along with classwork, copy notes, and complete in-class assignments.
▸ Liaise with the class teacher to understand lesson plans and prepare accordingly.
▸ Provide gentle prompts and reminders not answers to encourage thinking and learning.
▸ Communicate any academic challenges or gaps to parents in the daily report.
Daily Reporting to Parents
▸ Provide a verbal or written daily update to parents at the end of each school day.
▸ Report on behaviour, mood, academic engagement, social interaction, and any incidents.
▸ Flag any concerns (physical, emotional, social) immediately to parents.
▸ Work collaboratively with parents on strategies and adjustments as needed.
▸ Maintain a simple progress tracker to record the child's settling-in milestones.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
