Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking activities as per standard recipes and kitchen guidelines.
- Prepare ingredients, vegetables, sauces, and mise en place for daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef/CDP.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost-control practices.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or cloud kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
