Vice President – Strategy & Growth

Our client is a globally recognised ophthalmic medical device and AI company headquartered in Bangalore. We design, develop and manufacture clinically validated handheld retinal imaging devices and Oculomics AI algorithms deployed in screening and diagnostic programmes across more than 50 countries.
This role will own and deliver INR 94 Cr to 500 Cr four-year growth mission, with partnerships as the primary lever.
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Own and execute the multi-year growth plan with quarterly milestones, pipeline visibility, and accountability for revenue expansion.
- Build and manage senior-level partnerships with global device companies and distributors, including C-suite relationship development and conference engagement.
- Translate patents, AI assets, optical platforms, and manufacturing capabilities into compelling partner-facing commercial narratives.
- Structure and close complex partnership agreements, including licensing, co-development, manufacturing, and royalty-based deals.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across R&D, clinical, operations, quality, regulatory, finance, and legal teams to validate feasibility and pricing.
- Own the commercial performance of each partnership from signing through launch and recurring revenue expansion.
