Key Responsibilities:
Litigation Management: Handle the company’s legal cases across civil, commercial, labor, and related domains.
Contractual Work: Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and compliance-related documents to safeguard company interests.
Advisory Role: Provide legal advice to management on regulatory requirements, compliance obligations, and potential risks.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations impacting company operations.
Desired Competencies:
Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and commercial law.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Effective communication and advisory skills for management interaction.
