Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panchkula for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting training sessions for team members, managing sales operations, and supporting marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Regularly collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts is also required.
Skills Required:
· Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
· Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to design, monitor, and achieve sales targets
· Ability to facilitate Training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and contribute to overall growth
· Familiarity with marketing principles and practices, with a focus on driving consistent results
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
· Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Pay: ₹9,854.13 - ₹33,796.21 per month
