6- 8 years of experience in land acquisition, land leasing, real estate, property dealing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the local property and land market.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify genuine landowners and suitable properties.
- Knowledge of basic land documents and registration procedures.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and meet landowners/agents.
- Candidates with strong local contacts and experience in land sourcing will be preferred.
- Identify and source suitable land properties based on company requirements.
- Search for land through property owners, brokers, local contacts, and market networks.
- Coordinate with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary verification of land details, location, extent, ownership, and availability.
- Negotiate lease, rental, purchase, and other commercial terms with landowners.
- Coordinate site visits and property inspections.
- Liaise with legal teams, government departments, and local authorities whenever required.
- Follow up on agreements, registrations, lease documentation, and other formalities.
- Maintain records of available properties, landowners, negotiations, and completed transactions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
