We are looking for a versatile Finance & Growth Intern to join us at a critical stage of our journey. This role is split into two key phases:
- Core Finance: Building a robust financial foundation using Odoo ERP and managing monthly tax compliances.
- Growth Support: Utilizing your financial understanding to research accelerators, government grants, and support investor outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance (Monthly): * Complete setup and maintenance of all three books (Cash, Bank, Ledger) in Odoo.
- End-to-end management of monthly GST and TDS filings.
- Ensuring the company is "due-diligence ready" at all times.
Investor & Grant Outreach (Ongoing):
- Researching and identifying suitable Accelerators, Incubators, and Government Grant programs (e.g., Startup India, MeitY, etc.).
- Assisting management in drafting applications, pitch decks, and financial projections.
- Tracking deadlines and documentation requirements for investor communications.
Candidate Profile
- Background: Commerce graduates or CA/CMA/CS students (IPCC/Inter level preferred).
- Mindset: You should be comfortable with both the precision of "tallying books" and the creative/strategic writing required for grant applications.
- Skills: Strong research skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and a solid grasp of Indian startup ecosystem incentives.
Note: This is a corporate internship. It does not count toward the ICAI mandatory Articleship/Practical Training.
