Front Desk Receptionist & Telecaller
Job Summary:
We want a Front Desk Receptionist and Telecaller who's really good at lots of things to join our team. You will be the person that people see when they come to our company. You will work at the desk and also make phone calls to customers. Your job is to make sure our customers are happy and to follow up with people who're interested in our company.
The person we are looking for should be good, at talking to people be friendly and be able to do things at the same time. Our office can be very busy so you need to be able to handle that.
Key Responsibilities
When visitors, clients and guests come to our office you should greet them in an professional way.
Make sure the reception area is clean and looks nice.
Help visitors find the person or department they need to see.
Take care of mail, couriers and deliveries that come to our office.
- Telecalling And Customer Support:
We need to make calls to people who might be interested in our products or services. This means calling people who have shown interest before or people who already buy from us. We have to tell them about what we're selling.
When people call us we have to answer their questions away and be very polite.
We also have to set up meetings or appointments for the people who sell our products or for the managers.
After we talk to people we have to call them to make sure they are happy with what we said or to clear up any questions they still have.
Administrative Support:
We have to keep track of what our customers say and do on the computer. This means keeping records of who we call and what we talk about.
We also have to help with putting information into the computer and keeping files organized.
Sometimes we have to talk to teams in the company to tell them what our customers are saying or to pass on urgent messages.
Requirements And Qualifications:
To apply for this job you should have a high school diploma or a degree from college.
Skills:
You should be very good at talking and writing.
You should be able to listen and speak in a way that makes people want to listen.
You should know how to use computer programs like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
You should be able to stay calm when things get tough and be patient with our customers.
Languages: You should be able to speak the languages that people speak in your area. You should be good, at speaking English.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
