Job Title: Back Office Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for handling data management, documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information Handle documentation and prepare reports as required Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow Monitor emails, respond to queries, and follow up when needed Assist in inventory management and record tracking Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Support day-to-day administrative activities Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Computer Science preferred) Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in back office or administrative role Salary: As per company standards Work Location: [Nagpur,MH] Working Hours: [9 to 4]
