Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable High School Teacher to educate students The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, improving student performance, and supporting overall academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons as per curriculum standards
- Teach assigned subject(s) to students of Grades 8–10 / 9–12
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessment methods
- Evaluate student performance through tests, exams, and projects
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams (if required)
- Maintain records such as attendance, marks, and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject (B.Sc / B.A / B.Com)
- B.Ed (Mandatory)
- Master’s Degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a school
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply
Skills Required:
- Strong subject knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Classroom management ability
- Student engagement and motivation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, smart boards, etc.)
- Passion for teaching and student development
Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in English (mandatory); regional language preferred
- Ability to handle board classes effectively

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
