- Prepare and verify all Sea Export documentation, including Shipping Instructions (SI), Bill of Lading (Draft & Final), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and other export-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers, shippers, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and overseas agents for timely shipment execution.
- Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) within carrier timelines and follow up for Bill of Lading drafts and final issuance.
- Verify export documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with customer requirements and shipping line regulations.
- Coordinate with the Customs House Agent (CHA) for smooth customs clearance and shipment processing.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding shipment status, sailing schedules, documentation, and vessel updates.
- Ensure timely filing and dispatch of export documents to overseas agents and customers.
- Monitor vessel schedules, cargo cut-offs, and documentation deadlines to avoid delays.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update data in the freight forwarding system.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, shipping regulations, and customer-specific documentation requirements.
- Support the Operations and Customer Service teams for seamless shipment execution.
