Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding recommended orthopaedic treatment and surgical procedures.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and post-treatment care in coordination with doctors.
- Assist patients in understanding hospital procedures, documentation, and treatment-related formalities.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, TPA, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Explain estimated treatment costs and assist patients with financial/insurance-related queries as per hospital policy.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations, surgeries, and post-operative visits.
- Maintain proper records of counselling, patient queries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Address patient and attendant concerns professionally and escalate clinical concerns to the concerned doctor.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with hospital policies.
- Support the department in improving patient satisfaction and treatment conversion.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager/HOD.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate in any relevant discipline; healthcare
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare counselling or patient coordination role preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
