The Assistant Manager – Inside Sales will contribute directly to the growth of Newgen’s business by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting regional sales teams. This is a dynamic, entry-to-mid-level role offering strong exposure to global sales processes, technology solutions, and market outreach. The position is designed for ambitious, career-focused professionals who want to grow into sales or account management roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute inside sales campaigns and prospecting activities across assigned territories.
• Research and identify new leads using online tools, databases, and social platforms.
• Reach out to potential clients, conduct need analysis, and qualify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute outreach campaigns and nurture pipelines.
• Maintain records of leads and opportunities in CRM with timely updates.
• Support bid responses, client presentations, and follow-ups as needed.
Key Skills & Attributes
• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Tele-Sales in IT or B2B environment. . (US, APAC, MEA, APAC, UL/EU)
• Strong communication, articulation, and listening skills.
• Basic understanding of technology products and enterprise business environments.
• Research-oriented mindset and ability to learn quickly.
