About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marine & Offshore professional with strong project execution and client-facing experience to lead engineering activities for Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering projects.
This is a senior role requiring both technical expertise and project leadership.
This role has a mandatory service agreement of 24 months as investment is significant from our MNC Partner in professional and technical development.
Responsibilities
- Lead Marine & Offshore engineering design projects
- Understand customer technical requirements and convert them into engineering work packages
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Manage project schedules and engineering deliverables
- Conduct design reviews with customers and classification societies
- Mentor junior engineers
- Ensure engineering quality, compliance and timely delivery
- Coordinate with Hull, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation engineering teams.
- Participate in customer technical meetings, design reviews and model reviews.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, class rules and applicable engineering standards.
- Support engineering change management and project execution through detailed design.
Required Experience
- 5-8 ( Minimum 5 years) in Marine, Offshore or Shipbuilding engineering working inhouse or with clients
- Proven experience executing engineering projects for shipyards, offshore operators or EPC companies
- Strong client interaction and requirement management skills
- Experience managing engineering teams and deliverables
Software Skills
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
Dassault Systèmes - Preferred

- CATIA Hull Design
- CATIA Piping
- CATIA Equipment
- 3DEXPERIENCE
Siemens - Can be considered , so long backed by M&O domain experience.
