You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads — qualifying opportunities, connecting the right teams, and helping us deliver value faster to customers.
Key Skills:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, field sales, or technical sales support.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent decision-making under ambiguity.
- CRM system experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to grasp basic industrial technical details and explain them simply.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with high ownership.
Job Description:
- Respond to inbound leads across multiple channels and product categories.
- Analyze customer needs, qualify leads, and assign them internally with strong judgment.
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate and timely updates.
- Share product brochures, datasheets, and introductory pricing with prospects.
- Coordinate demo scheduling and internal follow-ups.
- Support sales and technical teams in preparing customer-specific offers.
- Help drive sales momentum in a fast-growing industrial solutions environment.
