About the Role
Nailint is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive (CA Fresher or Non-CA) to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and experience or exposure to D2C businesses, FMCG, Beauty, Decor, or B2B industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
- Handle invoices, purchase orders, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational and financial requirements.
- Manage daily administrative and finance-related chores.
- Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements
- CA Fresher or Non-CA graduate/postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of exposure or understanding of D2C business operations (preferred).
- Experience or knowledge of FMCG, Beauty, Daily chores , or B2B industries is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
