About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader – Sales & Centre Management to handle our Mumbai team operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the sales team, maintaining office discipline, ensuring proper follow-ups, and reporting directly to management.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills with a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Mumbai sales team
- Handle daily sales follow-ups and lead management
- Monitor employee attendance, office login/logout, and discipline
- Ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain proper coordination between management and team members
- Prepare and submit daily performance reports to management
- Conduct team meetings and performance tracking
- Ensure professional work culture and productivity within the team
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in Sales Team Handling / Team Leadership
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of sales processes and follow-up management
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
- Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
- Experience in EdTech or Education industry is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of Excel, reporting, and CRM tools preferred
