Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Summary
Vinorise Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to support business growth for PG-HUB India, Resorts-Villa, and other IT projects. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, business development, property onboarding, relationship management, and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit PGs, hostels, rental properties, resorts, villas, and commercial establishments.
- Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients.
- Meet property owners and business partners.
- Explain company services and business benefits.
- Generate sales and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Onboard new clients and properties.
- Maintain daily reports of meetings, leads, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration candidates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.

Compensation
- Performance-based commission during probation.
- After successful completion of probation, expected CTC: ₹4.5–₹8.4 LPA based on performance.
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
