Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative Video Editor to create engaging property videos, social media reels, promotional content, and project walkthroughs for our real estate brand.
Job Description:
- Create reels and social media content
- Add effects, music, subtitles, and motion graphics
- Coordinate with Marketing & Sales teams
- Add transitions, effects, background music, subtitles, and motion graphics to enhance video quality.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and CRM teams for content requirements.
- Ensure all video content aligns with company branding guidelines.
- Manage raw footage, audio files, and final edited versions systematically.
- Create short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Handle color correction, sound synchronization, and basic animation work.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple editing assignments efficiently.
Required Skills
Proficiency in video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media video trends and formats.
Qualification
- Any Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
- Relevant experience in video editing, preferably in the real estate industry.
