Job Title: Call Center Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Handle 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily.
- Communicate with customers professionally and resolve their queries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, BPO, or Customer Support.
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Marathi is preferred.
- Basic English reading ability (to understand addresses, names, etc.). English speaking is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and computers.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn.
- Age: 22 to 30 years.
