Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, maintain computer systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support users effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and user queries promptly.
System Administration
- Install and update operating systems and software applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Ensure regular system backups and data security.
Network Support
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Monitor network performance and security.
Hardware Maintenance
- Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and replacements of faulty hardware.
- Maintain inventory of computers, printers, and networking devices.
Security & Compliance
- Implement antivirus and security measures.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies.
- Monitor and report security threats or vulnerabilities.
Documentation
- Maintain records of IT assets and support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹9,398.56 - ₹40,659.98 per month
