We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Visa Filing Officer with in-depth knowledge of Study Visa and Tourist Visa processes.
Key Requirements:
- Complete knowledge of GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) process
- Expertise in Study Visa filing
- Strong knowledge of Tourist Visa filing
- Ability to handle applications professionally and accurately
Job Responsibilities:
- Timely filing of applications
- Providing complete updates to organization and agents
- Maintaining proper records of applications
- Timely submissions and quick follow-ups
- Coordinating with clients and agents professionally
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation
Candidate Qualities:
- Honest and loyal
- Hardworking and responsible
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
Experience Preferred: Minimum 1–3 years in visa filing/immigration consultancy.
