Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) Developer with Administration skills to support enterprise-scale business intelligence and reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3, WebI reporting, Universe development, SQL, and data warehousing, along with the ability to troubleshoot and support complex BI environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SAP BusinessObjects WebI reports.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and modify BusinessObjects Universes.
- Work with UDT and/or IDT for Universe development.
- Analyze and optimize complex SQL queries and report performance.
- Work with large data volumes and performance-sensitive BI reports.
- Understand database structures, relationships, and dimensional data models.
- Troubleshoot complex reporting and Universe-related technical issues.
- Support enterprise BI development and administration activities.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Work within Agile/SDLC processes and track activities using JIRA.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3.
- Extensive experience in Web Intelligence (WebI).
- Strong expertise in BusinessObjects Universe Design & Development.
- Experience with UDT / IDT.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and query optimization.
- Good understanding of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modelling.
- Knowledge of Facts, Dimensions, Star and Snowflake Schemas.
- Experience handling large data volumes and BI performance optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/SDLC environment.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Candidate Profile
Candidates with strong SAP BO development experience combined with administration/support exposure are preferred. The candidate should be comfortable working independently on complex reporting, Universe, SQL, and BI troubleshooting activities.
