* Coordinate with designers, vendors, and clients regarding project updates.
* Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls.
* Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally.
* Maintain post-project customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Administrative Responsibilities
* Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry.
* Maintain attendance records and office supplies.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and deliveries.
* Support accounts team with basic administrative tasks.
* Organize meetings, calendars, and internal communications.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Required Skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Basic understanding of interior design workflow is preferred.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and clients.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
