- Plan and supervise daily dispatch of milk, curd, butter, paneer, and other dairy products
- Ensure proper cold storage and temperature control during dispatch
- Monitor packing, sealing, and labeling to maintain product quality and hygiene
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet dispatch schedules
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and route plans
- Track delivery vehicles and ensure timely distribution
- Maintain records of dispatched quantities and stock movement
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
- Handle returns, damaged goods, and customer complaints
- Supervise dispatch staff and drivers
