Field Force Reporting & MIS
▸ Compile and validate daily, weekly, and monthly field force activity reports from MR/ABM inputs (DCR, tour plans, call reports).
▸ Prepare MIS dashboards tracking field coverage, doctor visits, chemist calls, and stockist calls.
▸ Monitor adherence to field norms — coverage, frequency, and missed calls — and flag deviations.
▸ Consolidate data across regions, zones, and HQ for management review packs.
Dashboard Development
▸ Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Excel (Pivot/Power Query) and/or Power BI / Tableau.
▸ Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
▸ Design visually clear charts, heatmaps, and trend lines for senior leadership and field managers.
▸ Ensure dashboards are mobile-friendly and accessible to field teams where required.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analysis
▸ Track and analyse primary and secondary sales data vs. targets (MoM, QoQ, YoY).
▸ Perform territory-level analysis: sales performance, doctor-wise contribution, and product-wise split.
▸ Support incentive calculation and performance ranking of field teams.
▸ Generate call productivity reports — calls per day, coverage, frequency, and strike rate.
▸ Tour Plan Analysis and Manager report Analysis per Week
Insights & Analytical Reports
▸ Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities from field and sales data.
▸ Prepare monthly business review (MBR) and quarterly business review (QBR) decks.
▸ Support brand teams with territory and prescription trend analysis.
▸ Assist in cycle meeting data preparation and field communication packs.
Data Management
▸ Maintain clean, structured data repositories from CRM (e.g., Veeva, SalesForce, MedVantage).
▸ Perform data cleaning, deduplication, and reconciliation across data sources.
▸ Ensure timely and accurate data uploads to reporting systems.
Effective Communication
▸ Create Emails related communication to the Field Force Teams
▸ Understand and discuss the issued if any faced by field staff
Incentive Calculation Working and Sales Data Working
▸ Maintain and Analyse Sales Data
▸ Calculate Incentives with all Parameters
Must-Have Technical Skills
▸ Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros)
▸ Power BI or Tableau — dashboard creation & publishing
▸ Basic SQL for data extraction
▸ Data cleaning & reconciliation skills
▸ Strong understanding of pharma MIS / SFE metrics
▸ Pharma field force operations (DCR, tour plans, PoB)
▸ Primary vs secondary sales concepts
▸ Coverage, frequency, and call average norms
▸ Incentive schemes and field performance KPIs to Have
▸ Python (pandas, openpyxl) for automation
▸ CRM platforms: Veeva CRM / MedVantage / Salesforce
▸ Secondary data: IQVIA / AIOCD AWACS familiarity
▸ PowerPoint — executive-level data storytelling
▸ Knowledge of pharma sales hierarchy (MR, ABM, RBM, ZSM) Soft Skills
▸ Deadline-oriented with high attention to detail

- Education & Qualification
▸ B.Sc. / B.Pharm / BBA / B.Com / BCA or equivalent graduation.
▸ MBA (Marketing / Pharma Management) or M.Sc. (Statistics / Data Science) preferred for mid-level.
▸ Certification in Power BI / Tableau / Excel is a strong plus.
▸ 1–4 years of experience in pharma MIS, SFE analytics, or commercial data reporting.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
