Sales Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultant to identify prospective clients, build strong relationships, schedule business meetings, and drive revenue growth through successful client acquisition and closure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
* Identify and research prospective clients through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
* Reach out to potential clients through messages, emails, and calls.
Client Engagement
* Initiate conversations with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
* Understand client requirements and business challenges.
* Present company services and value propositions effectively.
Meeting Coordination
* Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and company representatives.
* Follow up with prospects to ensure meeting attendance.
* Maintain accurate records of meetings and interactions in CRM systems.
Sales Closure
* Conduct sales discussions and presentations with prospective clients.
* Negotiate commercial terms and proposals.
* Convert prospects into paying customers.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management
* Develop long-term relationships with clients.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
Reporting
* Track sales activities, lead status, and conversion rates.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Maintain updated client information and sales records.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
* Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
* 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
* Experience in technology, recruitment, staffing, or consulting sales is an added advantage.

* Number of new prospects identified.
* Number of meetings scheduled.
* Meeting-to-proposal conversion rate.
* Proposal-to-closure conversion rate.
* Revenue generated.
* Client retention and satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
