- Assist in the operation and monitoring of SLSB machines during production.
- Support machine setup, roll changing, and material handling activities.
- Maintain accurate production records, job files, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure proper line clearance before and after production runs.
- Follow production plans, work instructions, and machine operating procedures.
- Perform housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.
- Adhere to company safety, quality, and manufacturing standards at all times.
- Support continuous production activities to achieve daily output targets.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: High School / Higher Secondary (preferred).
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and industrial safety practices.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift schedule.
- Physically fit and capable of handling production-related tasks.
- Team-oriented, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
