We are looking for an experienced Process Manager who can build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team while driving new client acquisition and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales process.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Sales Executives.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Generate new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels.
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle key client meetings and close high-value deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience selling IT Services, Websites, SEO, Digital Marketing, or Software Solutions is highly preferred.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales record.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to build and scale a sales team.
