Job Purpose
As an Interior Architect within the Acoustic and Project Care team, you will translate acoustic strategies into clear and compelling spatial design proposals. You will collaborate with acoustic consultants and sales teams to develop layouts, visuals, and design concepts that support project success across regions. This role combines design expertise, spatial thinking, and structured execution to deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals.
A Glimpse of Your Daily Mission
Develop space layouts and interior design proposals integrating acoustic solutions into workplace environments.
Translate acoustic requirements into spatial zoning, product placement, and clear layout strategies.
Create top-view plans, annotated layouts, three-dimensional models, and visual renderings for client presentations.
Collaborate closely with acoustic consultants to ensure alignment between design intent and acoustic performance.
Support sales teams by producing design-led visual storytelling that enables clients to understand and select solutions.
Manage and interpret project inputs such as floor plans, ceiling heights, visuals, and client briefs to ensure design accuracy and quality.
Contribute to showroom, pop-up, and experience-based design initiatives when required.
Your Qualifications
Educational background or initial professional experience in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Spatial Design.
Strong skills in space planning, layout design, and spatial visualization.
Ability to work with technical drawings including DWG and DXF files and adapt to project constraints.
Interest in room acoustics and workplace performance, with willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
Ability to balance creativity with structured workflows, deadlines, and commercial requirements.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and PDF documentation.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across teams and cultures.
Detail-oriented and organized approach in a proposal-driven environment.
Travel Requirements
Open to occasional international collaboration and exposure to global projects.
