We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to handle our day-to-day office operations, basic accounting tasks, and computer work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Manage daily office operations, maintain paperwork, and keep files and documents organized.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain business records, update spreadsheets, and draft formal letters or emails.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Gender: F.
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Candidates with a Commerce background will be preferred).
- Technical Skills (Must Have):
- Tally: Basic knowledge and practical experience in accounting entries.
- MS Office: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Computer Operations: Strong command over internet browsing, emailing, and general system operation.
Shift/Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
