Location: Pune / Remote / Field Work
Duration: 1 to 3 Months
Role: School & Student Onboarding Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with schools and educational institutions
- Present and explain Growing Mind’s platform and services
- Assist schools with registration and onboarding processes
- Build professional relationships with school management
- Support marketing, outreach, and communication activities
✅ Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Confident, proactive, and professional attitude
- Laptop is mandatory
- Interest in sales, marketing, or the education sector is preferred
Performance Target:
Onboard 500 students during the internship period.
PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) Opportunity:
- Target achieved in 1st month → Direct payroll with ₹4.25 LPA
- Target achieved in 2nd month → ₹4.0 LPA
- Target achieved by completion of internship → ₹3.6 LPA
