Guest Service Associate - F&B Service
As a Guest Service Associate in F&B Service, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to excellence will contribute to the success of our F&B operations.
Your responsibilities as a Guest Service Associate :
Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus and beverage options. Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, taking orders and answering questions about menu items and specials.-
Order Taking: Take guests' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted. Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.

Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests according to established service standards, including proper presentation, temperature, and portion control. Offer recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience..

Table Maintenance: Set up tables with appropriate tableware, linens, and condiments before guests arrive. Continuously monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and assisting with cleanup at the end of service.

Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate and address guests' needs and preferences to exceed their expectations and ensure a positive dining experience. Handle guest complaints and concerns with diplomacy and tact, seeking solutions to resolve issues promptly and maintain guest satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other F&B team members, including kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders, to coordinate service and deliver seamless dining experiences. Communicate effectively and support one another to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times, including proper handling of food and beverages, sanitation of work areas, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma/Graduation in Hotel Management.
