This role includes designing detailed test cases, identifying and documenting any defects encountered, and working closely with delivery teams to support the release of reliable and user-ready products. The position requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards throughout the testing process and contributing to the overall success of the project by ensuring that the final deliverables meet the expected quality benchmarks.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, defects, and test results to support transparency and traceability.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve testing processes and enhance overall product quality.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neotys NeoLoad.
- Good To Have Skills: Test Automation Strategy.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases based on detailed requirements and user stories.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively using appropriate tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess test results and provide meaningful feedback to development teams.
- Familiarity with performance testing concepts and tools to support quality assurance efforts.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
