We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tourism Promotion Executive to promote travel services, handle client interactions, and support the sales process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, consistency in follow-ups, and the ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote tour packages through digital platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate travel information
- Generate and qualify leads while maintaining proper follow-up and conversion tracking
- Share quotations, itineraries, and travel details clearly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding bookings, availability, and confirmations
- Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, and customer interactions
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly until closure
- Handle customer concerns professionally and recommend suitable travel options
- Stay updated on current travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers
- Ensure professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email communication, and social media platforms
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
