About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of experience to join our skincare brand. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands beauty and skincare trends, and can create visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity across digital, social, e-commerce, and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop marketing assets including banners, email creatives, website graphics, landing page visuals, and digital advertisements.
- Create product packaging, labels, inserts, brochures, and other print collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design campaign creatives for product launches, seasonal promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Produce e-commerce assets such as Amazon/Ajio/Nykaa listings, product images, A+ content, and promotional banners.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate campaign ideas into impactful visual designs.
- Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images for digital platforms.
- Stay updated on beauty, skincare, design, and social media trends to create fresh and engaging content.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, wellness, or D2C brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, digital marketing, packaging, and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Strong typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience working with skincare, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
