Job Responsibilities:
SAP & Inventory Tasks:
- Pass Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received invoices and check pending GRNs.
- Perform bin-to-bin material and stock transfers within SAP.
- Record inward and outward material movements accurately.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily logs and tracking sheets using MS Excel.
- Generate internal inventory, splitting, and clubbing reports.
- Track and report pending discrepancies (excess or shortage items) to the team.
Warehouse Coordination:
- Coordinate daily with warehouse staff, supervisors, and transport teams.
- Escalate technical software or SAP issues to the WMS (Warehouse Management System) support team.
- Follow safety protocols and departmental 5S initiatives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
