Job Description
- Perform manual and mechanical deburring using hand tools, rotary files, grinders, and vibratory finishing equipment
- Remove flash and sharp edges from CNC-machined parts without affecting dimensional tolerances
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and surface roughness testers
- Segregate and tag non-conforming parts; raise NCRs as required
- Follow SOPs and update job cards / ERP records daily
- Maintain 5S standards and comply with all EHS policies
- Hand and mechanical deburring tools, abrasive media, surface finish standards
- Precision measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
