Job Responsibilities
Doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals se regular visits karna.
Company ke medicines/products ko doctors ke saamne professionally promote karna.
Doctors ko products ki composition, benefits, dosage, indications aur features ke baare mein accurate information dena.
Assigned territory mein regular field visits karke business generate karna.
Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieve karna.
Existing doctors ke saath strong professional relationships maintain karna.
New doctors/customers identify karke customer base develop karna.
Competitor products aur market activities ki information collect karna.
Daily visit reports aur sales reports timely submit karna.
Company ke promotional activities, meetings aur campaigns mein participate karna.
Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical products.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Field work ke liye willingness.
Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
Hindi/local language ke saath basic English communication.
Qualification
Graduate / B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Any relevant qualification as per company requirements.
Salary
₹20000 per month + Incentives + TA/DA
Salary will depend on experience, qualification and interview performance.
