The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth for OCEMS, CEMS, AQMS, Environmental Monitoring, and Compliance Solutions. The role ensures effective digital marketing, campaign management, content development, and alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify target industries, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
2. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
Drive lead generation through digital and offline marketing channels.
Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and website optimization.
Track lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Optimize marketing spend to achieve target cost-per-lead.
3. Brand Management
Maintain and enhance company brand identity across all platforms.
Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and communication materials.
Develop brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, and promotional content.
Manage company website and social media presence.
4. Campaign & Event Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns as per approved calendar.
Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, webinars, and industry events.
Measure campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
Ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets and promotional materials.
5. Sales Support & Coordination
Work closely with Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Improve lead quality based on sales feedback and conversion data.
Support proposal development and marketing communication requirements.
Maintain accurate lead tracking and CRM records.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Monitor KPIs and marketing performance metrics.
Prepare monthly management reports and ROI analysis.
Recommend corrective actions for underperforming campaigns.
Present insights and improvement plans to management.
7. Team Management
Guide and supervise Marketing Executive and external vendors.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and digital partners.
Ensure timely completion of assigned marketing activities.
Promote continuous learning and performance improvement within the team.

The Marketing Manager is authorized to:

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in B2B, Industrial, Environmental, Engineering, or Technical Marketing.
Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
Experience working with CRM and marketing analytics tools.
