We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team based in Ludhiana with travel to Mohali and Over Punjab as needed. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and Schedule and conduct site visits and Maintain client relationships before and after sales.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow up with potential leads and inquiries
- Schedule and conduct property site visits
- Educate clients about property features, pricing, and documentation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Negotiate deals and assist in closing transactions
- Coordinate with builders, developers, and legal advisors
- Maintain daily reporting of calls, visits, and meetings
- Should know about areas of Ludhiana.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
