3+ years of Hands-on technical expertise and people management experience. Product based experience is a must
- Must have relevant experience in designing, building, maintaining, and extending large-scale production systems.
- Have deep expertise in React.js, Node JS, and MongoDB Vue, Angular experience is an advantage.
- Proven leadership skills; courage to challenge with candor, motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, for both technical and non- technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of CS fundamentals & technology Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget
- Should be capable of handling one complete product end-to-end – with minimal oversight
- Familiarity with git, working with git-flow is a bonus
- Good understanding of ECMAScript and it’s nuances
