Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, visitors, and students in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
- Provide accurate information about school admissions, activities, and schedules
- Maintain visitor records and manage entry/exit registers
- Coordinate appointments and meetings between parents and school staff
- Support administrative tasks as required by the school office
- Ensure the reception area is always neat and welcoming
Education: Bachelors
Requirements:
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle parents and visitors with patience and confidence
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Prior experience in a school or front desk/reception role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
