Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of ERP, CRM, and custom software development projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, and business analysts
- Create project plans, timelines, sprint goals, and resource allocation strategies
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
- Conduct regular client meetings, project reviews, and status reporting
- Ensure proper documentation, requirement clarity, and communication across teams
- Drive process improvements in project execution, delivery tracking, and team coordination
- Handle escalation management and ensure smooth stakeholder communication
- Work closely with senior management on delivery planning and operational improvements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in managing software development and ERP implementation projects
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery management
- Experience handling client communication and stakeholder management independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of web and mobile application development workflows
- Excellent communication and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services or product-based companies
- Exposure to ERP/CRM domain projects will be an added advantage
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is preferred
- Technical background or prior development experience is a plus
