About the Role
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to join our Solar Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential customers, promoting solar energy solutions, and contributing to company growth.
This role involves field sales, customer interaction, lead generation, and sales conversion activities within residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a customer database.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
- Understand customer electricity consumption and requirements.
- Explain the benefits and cost savings of solar energy systems.
Sales Activities
- Promote residential and commercial solar solutions.
- Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
Business Development
- Develop relationships with homeowners, businesses, factories, and institutions.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns.
Reporting
- Maintain daily sales activity reports.
- Update lead status and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required QualificationsEducation
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- Prior sales or marketing experience is an added advantage
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Own Two-Wheeler
- Valid Driving License
