Greeting customers on arrival, identifying the customer's need, connecting customer with appropriate department, consulting with managers, developing feasible solutions, explaining various service , Invite customer/driver and explain work to be done and get approval on time and cost estimate. In case the customer is not available, speak to customer telephonically and get approval on time and cost estimate , At the end of each day update the vehicle owner about the progress of repairs on his vehicle and communicate the expected date of delivery ,• Give the Instant Feedback Form to the customer and request him to provide valuable feedback. If required, explain to him that this feedback will allow your dealership to improve his experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
